The SBX Back Office System (BOS) solution provided customer service and FastTrak account management for the electronic toll processing. The Back Office System required various upgrades and updates to streamline operations and provide better customer service.
PSS contribution:
P Square solutions team under the general software development and consulting services took up the challenge of understanding the existing codebase for Back Office System (BOS) provided by SBX and used it as a baseline to add new modules and fix issues to the current modules in the BOS. The team upgraded the financial management modules features including financial reconcilations and reporting and developed new interfaces to CTOC and payment gateway system. The new interfaces allowed SBX BOS to accept credit card payments in the lanes from the users and also help SBX interface with other toll collection agencies via CTOC.
